Sustainability

Bluegum Group is committed  to producing high quality writing instruments for our customers that are manufactured and delivered by the most ethical and sustainable methods.

Our approach to business is guided by commitments to the following principles: Inclusiveness, Integrity, Preservation of our Environment, Sustainable business practices, Continuous Improvement and Cost Management.

We believe that truly sustainable writing instruments are durable and useful beyond just their promotional value. Whenever possible they should be produced from renewable, recyclable or compostable materials. As we supply our products and evaluate our product lines, we work to influence our customers to make product choices that build a better quality of life for their employees, clients and stakeholders.

Our aim is to reduce our carbon footprint by monitoring our own performance thru third party audited reporting – Greenly. Using this reporting we will act to improve our sustainability objectives by working with our existing suppliers to reduce the impact of their activities on both society and the environment.

Bluegum Group has always required its factory suppliers to be certified ISO14001- 2015 compliant to ensure they are contributing to the environmental pillar of sustainability. In addition, we also require our manufacturing partners to be ISO9001 compliant, so all our products are of the highest quality.
